Rural areas help WinZO reach a milestone of 100 million users

WinZO, a social gaming platform recently announced that it had crossed a milestone of 100 million users making WinZO the first the play store application to reach this milestone. Launched in 2018, the app has achieved this user base after being in operation for four years. 90% of the user base is primarily from tier 2 and tier 5 from rural areas of which 20% are women.

They are the largest social skill-based gaming application with interactive features, partnering with 3rd party developers in order to host games for the users. In India, the gaming industry has about 433 million games running online which generates revenue of more than $1.5 billion and is anticipated to reach $5 billion by the end of the year 2025 with an annual CAGR growth of 25%.

WinZO has partnered with third-party game developers to host games and make them available for its registered users, ensuring efficient game monetization from Day 0 of hosting the game.

WinZO has 70,000 plus regional influencers and content creators belonging to rural areas and cities too by helping users to earn money through the app. Embracing Indian culture and diversity WinZO is available in 12 different languages with a strong focus on mobile-first users in smaller towns of “Bharat”.
