Cape Town’s upcoming sustainable innovations to be supported by #cocreate Circular Design Challenge 2024

The Craft and Design Institute (CDI) and the Mission Network of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in South Africa have partnered to present the #cocreate Circular Design Challenge 2024.

To address important circular design challenges, promote positive change, and create an environmentally sustainable future, The Challenge extends an invitation to all committed Cape Town innovators, businesses, non-profit organizations, and students to submit their ground-breaking ideas.

The program will begin in July with the selection of 80 local innovators, and in August, eight finalists will be chosen from the group to present for four seed funding awards of ZAR15,000 (US $800) each.

Applications are open until July 12.
