TBI provider Goals101 acquired by digital banking infrastructure provider M2P Fintech
M2P Fintech, a provider of digital banking infrastructure, has purchased Goals101, a provider of transaction behavioural intelligence (TBI) in India and other regions.
Following the acquisition, the team at Goals101 will persist in introducing novel data functionalities, capitalizing on its extensive data platform to generate additional dimensions of customization for global clientele in financial offerings.
Through this acquisition, M2P Fintech will be able to more easily incorporate Goals101’s technology into its current offering of financial services.
Although the deal’s size was not disclosed by the company, an ET report places it at approximately Rs 250 crore.
