Together Fund, a venture capital firm with a focus on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), has started its second fund with a target corpus of $150 million.

With checks between $1 million and $5 million in size, Together’s Fund II has finished its first close and will continue to invest in SaaS startups in the seed and Series A stages.

The second fund comes after the first Fund I with a corpus of $85 million that was launched in 2021 and is devoted to establishing and growing international SaaS startups.

Together Fund was founded in Mauritius in 2021 by Girish Mathrubootham, the founder and CEO of the Nasdaq-listed Freshworks, and Manav Garg, the CEO of Eka Software. Together Fund has invested in over 20 founding teams across vertical SaaS companies in the healthcare industry as well as those pioneering new categories like cloud for connected devices.

The current portfolio of Together includes both inexperienced and seasoned business owners. Among the companies in its portfolio are DhiWise, SpendFlo, SecureDen, and TopLyne.

Abhimanyu Bisht, the former CEO of Venture Catalysts, and Kavit Sutariya, the founder of Hiraco Ventures, are leading the Rs 200 crore ($25 million) India-focused tech fund that was recently launched by micro-VC firm CapFort Ventures. Good Capital, Recur Club, Arkam Ventures, and Epiq Capital have all recently announced the closing of new funds.
