With participation from Expert Dojo, Dot Capital partner Joseph Saviano, and DBS Bank executive Sameer Khan, MoneyPlanned, an Indian personal financial app, has secured 25 million rupees (about $300,000) in a seed fundraising round headed by Inflection Point Ventures.
Through a smartphone app, MoneyPlanned, which was founded in July 2020, enables users to create financial objectives and follow their progress. A market area for financial goods like mutual funds is also provided.
Approximately 35,000 monthly active users, 10,000 of whom use the app weekly, are listed by the firm as of this writing. These customers may track $816 million worth of financial objectives with the aid of the software.
Sameer Shashank Gattupalli and Nikhila Putcha, two licensed financial advisers, founded MoneyPlanned. The new investment will be used for marketing, user acquisition, product development, and employee hire.
