3one4 Capital led $3 M Seed funding raised by Felicity Games

In a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital, mobile game publisher Felicity Games has raised $3 million, or roughly Rs 25.8 crore, with participation from international investors T-Accelerate Capital, MIXI Global Investments, and its current investors DeVC and Visceral Capital.

In December 2023, the Bengaluru-based business raised $700K from its current investors in a pre-seed funding round.

According to a press release from Felicity Games, the money raised will be used to strengthen its ties with Indian game studios and develop its publishing infrastructure.

Felicity Games, a mobile game publisher based in India and founded in 2023 by Anurag Choudhary, is dedicated to creating worldwide gaming success. Felicity helps game development studios launch, optimize, and scale their games globally by fusing state-of-the-art publishing infrastructure with data-driven game development.

By giving studios, the tools, knowledge, and all-encompassing support they require to compete and thrive globally, Felicity Games seeks to close the gap in the mobile gaming industry. By the end of 2025, the startup plans to scale its popular games and test more software.

By leveraging India’s growing game development ecosystem, Felicity hopes to strengthen international game publishing. With a strong execution model and data-driven insights, the company, which specializes in publishing hybrid-casual games, brings high-performing mobile games to audiences all over the world.

Felicity reports that its top-performing games, Seek & Find and Nova Solitaire, have more than one million downloads and generated over $1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). The business’s gross revenue at the end of February was over $100,000, a four-fold increase over November 2024.

Its main rivals in this market are well-known international companies like Voodoo, Homa, Rollic, and Supercent, among others.
