Digidukan raises Rs 2 Cr Angel funding from United Plywood directors

Jaipur-based B2B quick-commerce startup Digidukan has raised Rs 2 crore in angel funding from Vinay Gupta and Shubham Gupta, directors at United Plywood Group.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen its technology and product capabilities, expand into new construction-material categories and support higher order volumes. The company will also expand its operations across Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets.
The company provides a procurement platform for construction-material retailers.
Founded by Lakshya Agarwal and Kshitij S. Rungta, Digidukan enables retailers to order construction materials on demand with a 60-minute delivery model. The platform aims to reduce the need for retailers to hold excess inventory and manage multiple suppliers.
According to Digidukan, since the start of 2026, its monthly GMV has increased eight times. With an average order value of over Rs 9,000, the company has delivered about 5,000 orders, and its recurring customer percentage is approximately 90%.
Digidukan intends to assist shops in determining what materials to stock and when by using purchase and demand data. The business wants to develop a technology-driven procurement platform for India’s construction retail market, going beyond delivery.
