D2C streetwear brand Indian Walker raises Pre-seed funding at Rs 20 Cr post-money valuation

Indian Walker, a streetwear brand focused on carry products, has secured an undisclosed pre-seed investment from Palette Wealth Management (PWM), valuing the company at Rs 20 crore post-money.
The Delhi-based startup operates under CoFounder Circle (CFC) Venture Studio, a consumer-focused venture studio established by entrepreneur Darpan Sanghvi. The funding marks Indian Walker’s first institutional investment.
According to the company, the newly raised funds will go towards strengthening inventory, growing its key product categories and introducing additional SKUs under its Level Up range.
Founded in 2025 by Md. Sakib, Indian Walker specialises in backpacks and other carry essentials aimed at everyday commuters. The brand positions its products in the mid-premium price segment.
As part of its expansion plans, the company intends to strengthen its team in areas including marketing, social media and operations. Indian Walker is targeting Rs 100 crore in ARR within the next 24 months and plans to grow its customer base beyond 1 lakh.
The brand’s main backpack range is priced in the Rs 2,000–Rs 4,000 bracket. Its Level Up line, which includes the Stride backpack, has crossed 10,000 units in sales since being introduced, the company said.
At present, Indian Walker sells its products through its own D2C website. The company plans to enter Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra during the next quarter, followed by expansion into quick-commerce platforms and other marketplaces.
Other players in India’s streetwear and contemporary fashion market include Bluorng, Huemn, Six5Six, Almost Gods, Gully Labs, The Souled Store and Freakins, among others.
In other funding developments within the segment, Snitch secured approximately Rs 340 crore ($40 million) from a round led by 360 ONE Asset last year. Gully Labs raised Rs 30 crore in a Series A round in January 2026, with Saama Capital leading the round and Zeropearl VC participating. Earlier, D2C denim brand Freakins raised $4 million from Matrix Partners India, Blume Ventures and other investors.
