East Ventures invested undisclosed Pre-seed funding in FitHappy
East Ventures has provided unspecified pre-seed money to FitHappy, an Indonesia-based healthtech business.
A year after its launch, FitHappy is an app that links users with coaches who can help them develop a better diet, exercise, mindfulness, and productivity habits. Additionally, it runs a market where healthy foods and drinks are sold.
Since its introduction, the software has been downloaded by “thousands of people,” according to the business. With the additional capital, the company hopes to expand its online store and discover a product-market match.
Serial entrepreneur Imam Prabowo Karnohartomo and software developer Kuncoro Dwi Atmojo founded FitHappy.
Before creating FitHappy, the two created an app called Sembuh that enables people with chronic illnesses to interact with one another and with other patients and medical professionals.
