Edtech Classera acquired Expert Solutions to broaden educational offerings
Classera, the top edtech business in the area, has purchased Expert Solutions for Information Technology, the most well-known business in the Middle East with over 20 years of experience that specializes in ERP systems for education.
In the presence of Mr. Ibrahem AlNasser, Deputy Minister of Future Jobs and Capabilities, the signing ceremony was held during the world’s largest tech conference, “LEAP 2024,” which was held in Riyadh.
This arrangement is a component of Classera’s grand strategy to penetrate emerging markets throughout the world and offer an all-inclusive, integrated ecosystem for training and educational institutions. This reinforces Classera’s standing as a frontrunner in edtech within global emerging markets.
With the most recent technology and its learning super platform, LSP, Classera, which is presently providing services to more than 40 countries in the world in the field of education and training, seeks to offer a comprehensive technological environment to assist educational and training institutions in realizing their full potential.
Educational institutions will be able to smoothly and fully integrate all of their financial and administrative operations—including human resources, logistics services, exam management, student admission systems, sales, purchases, and inventory tracking—with the Classera educational system.
Classera, a leading entity in the Saudi Unicorns program, was founded in Silicon Valley by Saudi Arabian entrepreneurs with an emphasis on global emerging markets. Classera has attracted the interest of several international funds and Sanabil for Investment, a division of the Saudi Public Investment Fund, due to its prosperous trajectory.
With the biggest market share in the Middle East, the edtech leader has won major international awards in the field of educational technology.
Meanwhile, Mohammed Almadani, Founder and Chairman of Classera, said: “We are pleased to announce this strategic acquisition, which represents a golden opportunity to enhance our leadership in digital education and provide quality through integrated technological solutions. Our focus is to meet the needs of various education and training sectors under one umbrella, Learning Super Platform LSP.”
“We affirm our commitment to supporting and developing educational and training capabilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, contributing to supporting the national economy, and actively participating in attaining the goals of our beloved Kingdom’s Vision 2030,” Almadani added.
