Shreetech raised $4.5 M from Aarii Ventures, Cello Family Office

Aarii Ventures, the Kothari family’s investment arm, and Cello Family Office have contributed $4.5 million to the digital infrastructure company Shreetech Data, based in Mumbai.

The money raised will be utilized to grow its integrated operations in power infrastructure, data centers, and internal equipment manufacturing.

End-to-end infrastructure solutions from Shreetech include lifecycle management, IT integration, technical audits, design, and construction. It works in three main verticals: manufacturing mission-critical components, power infrastructure, and data center and digital infrastructure.

It has more than 500 MW of authorized power capacity and has completed more than 100 data center projects.

Under its Datalix line, Shreetech’s manufacturing facility manufactures essential infrastructure parts like cable management systems, smart PDUs, LV switchboards, and data center ceiling systems. This backward integration aids in cost management, quality control, and delivery schedule reduction.

Shreetech provides turnkey projects in the data center segment that include smart city systems, cloud and cybersecurity integration, IT networks, and civil and MEP execution. Its power infrastructure projects include rail electrification, substations, and transmission lines.

According to the company, its data infrastructure business was the primary driver of its revenue growth, which increased from Rs 88 crore in FY21 to Rs 613 crore in FY25 at a CAGR of 62%.
