Spintly raises $8 M Series A funding from Accel, ENRISSION India and others

As part of its $8 million Series A round, proptech startup Spintly received undisclosed funding from ENRISSION India Capital. Chakra Growth Fund, Alumni Ventures, and Spyre VC participated in the round, which was led by Accel.

In January of last year, the brand raised Rs 3.5 crore in an extended seed funding round headed by Spyre VC and other investors. It had previously raised $5.36 million from Accel Nest, Riso Capital, Letsventure, and Sucseed Indovation.

The additional revenue will be utilized to boost AI capabilities, increase global operations, and speed up product development. Spintly is aimed at business clients who oversee access throughout expansive commercial areas and facilities with multiple locations.

Spintly was founded by Rohin Parkar and uses its exclusive BLE mesh network technology to create a wireless access control system. By deploying access control infrastructure without the need for traditional wiring, the platform helps businesses cut down on installation time and retrofit complexity. Additionally, during power outages, the system facilitates local log storage and secure access management.

Spintly is active in the US, India, and the Middle East and Africa. In order to improve security analytics for commercial facilities, the company integrates AI-driven intelligence into the current camera infrastructure and combines wireless hardware infrastructure with software-led controls.
