RAS Luxury Skincare raises $7.5 M Series B funding from Dabur Ventures

In a Series B funding round headed by Dabur Ventures and including Unilever Ventures, skincare company RAS Luxury Skincare has raised $7.5 million.

The Raipur-based business had previously raised more than $6.5 million, with Unilever Ventures spearheading a Series A round.

According to a press release from RAS Luxury Skincare, the proceeds will be utilized to expedite the company’s omnichannel expansion across digital and offline formats, including its D2C platform, e-commerce and quick commerce marketplaces, Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), HORECA partnerships, and curated retail presence.

Shubhika, Suramya, and Sangeeta Jain founded RAS Luxury Skincare in 2021. The company uses a vertically integrated business model that includes small-batch manufacturing, in-house R&D, and botanical cultivation on family-owned farms. The company sells moisturizers, serums, and face elixirs made with plant-based active ingredients and essential oils.

In order to increase customer engagement in the premium luxury market, RAS Luxury Skincare intends to invest in marketing campaigns and brand-building. In order to support its next stage of expansion, it also intends to increase the size of its workforce in key areas like product development, marketing, and operations.

With a three-year revenue CAGR of roughly 75%, an ARR of roughly Rs 100 crore, and high gross margins, RAS claims to have shown strong growth momentum. With more than 5,00,000 distinct customers, the company has a robust multi-channel presence that includes premium offline retail, e-commerce and quick commerce marketplaces, and its D2C platform.
