A number of investors, including Wamda Capital, TechStars, 500 Startups, VentureSouq, Delta Partners, Shorooq Investments, and Dubai Angel Investors, have contributed $2 million to the startup-focused legal technology firm Clara, which is based in the United Arab Emirates.
The money will help the company’s technology, design, and creation teams as well as its global expansion.
Clara’s software helps entrepreneurs understand their startup’s legal structure and automates a number of repetitive tasks, such as drafting agreements.
The business was established in 2018, and earlier this year it graduated from Techstars.
