H2LooP raises $2 M Seed funding from Speciale Invest and 3one4 Capital

In a seed funding round co-led by Speciale Invest and 3one4 Capital, deeptech startup H2LooP has raised $2 million, or roughly Rs 18.59 crore.

According to a press release from H2LooP, the additional funding will be utilized to grow into high-complexity industries like data centers, UAVs, and robotics, where dependability, real-time performance, and data control are crucial.

H2LooP, a deeptech startup founded in May 2025 by Sairanjan Mishra and Pulkit Agrawal, focuses on AI-driven development tools for embedded systems, hardware engineering, and hardware-powering software. It specializes in hardware-aware debugging tools, small language models (SLMs) for low-level systems (firmware and drivers), and AI-native coding assistants.

Using specialized SLMs and AI-native infrastructure, the Bengaluru-based startup seeks to expedite embedded software development for industries like semiconductors, automotive, aerospace, and robotics.

By offering tools that comprehend hardware limitations, safety requirements, and intricate codebases, H2LooP bridges the gap between hardware engineering and software development. The startup ensures IP privacy for sectors like semiconductors and defense by providing domain-specific AI models for C/C++ embedded code that can operate in secure or air-gapped environments.

The company claims that H2LooP is currently working on real-world deployments with telecom companies, semiconductor companies, and defense organizations. Its platform automates crash log debugging, examines firmware, silicon specifications, and safety standards, and transforms technical documents (PDFs) into useful training data.

The startup wants to replace GitHub Copilot and other conventional coding assistants with low-level systems engineering tools.
