Skin clinic KorinMi raises 10 Cr led by Lotus Herbal’s Innovation Fund

Gurugram-based skin clinic KorinMi has raised Rs 10 crore from Ayurvedic beauty and skincare brand Lotus Herbals’ Innovation Fund. The fund has a corpus of $50 million to invest in early-stage beauty and wellness startups in India.

Lotus Herbals also acquired a 32% stake in skincare brand Fixderma in October 2021.

The fresh funds will be deployed to open new clinics and expand into cities such as Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, KorinMi said in a press release.

Co-founded in 2024 by Reshbha Munjal and Jenovia Daun Jung, KorinMi is a startup blending authentic Korean skin science with clinical, customized treatments tailored for Indian skin. The brand operates advanced physical clinics and offers direct-to-consumer (D2C) skincare products.

KorinMi claims that it concentrates on hair and facial treatments. Over 3,000 clients have been serviced since it opened its first clinic in Gurugram in October 2024. Typically, the treatment cycle lasts between 30 and 45 days. The brand has introduced a variety of products to assist clients during their skincare journey.

KorinMi claims that its D2C products, which are produced in Korea, are especially made for Indian skin types and climates. Additionally, the clinic imports goods and equipment from South Korea.

Vikas Agarwal, the former CEO of Kaya Skin Clinic (UAE), and other angel investors contributed Rs 3 crore to the firm in May of last year.
