B2B procurement tech platform BharatTender raises Rs 1.25 Cr Pre-seed funding

An angel investor has contributed Rs 1.25 crore to the pre-seed investment round for B2B procurement technology platform BharatTender.
According to a press statement from BharatTender, the profits would be utilized to expedite client acquisition, product development, and the implementation of AI-powered procurement capabilities.
BharatTender.ai is a B2B procurement site that was co-founded in 2025 by Rankit Singh, Sanyam Jain, and Anshul Kochar. It assists companies in sourcing goods and services through digital contracts, competitive bidding, verified suppliers, and escrow-backed payments. The software is intended to help firms optimize their sourcing workflows and digitize procurement procedures.
By providing tendering, supplier finding, payment administration, and procurement tools, BharatTender seeks to provide a platform for private sector companies.
When sourcing goods and services, businesses frequently rely on phone calls, WhatsApp chats, spreadsheets, and personal vendor networks. This leads to fragmented procurement workflows and limited price discovery. To solve these issues, BharatTender is creating an organized marketplace for procurement.
Businesses can use the platform to digitally manage the whole procurement lifecycle, including accepting bids, executing digitally signed contracts, processing escrow-backed payments, onboarding vendors, and floating tenders.
The platform is already operational and benefits manufacturers, businesses, and startups, according to the company.
