Live entertainment platform thumpN raises $3.75 M Pre-seed funding from multiple investors

Bollywood stars Arijit Singh, Sunidhi Chauhan, and Badshah, along with Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Madhur Deora, Shray Chandra, and VG Jairam, have contributed over $3.75 million to thumpN, a platform for live entertainment discovery and ticketing.

According to a news statement from thumpN, the money raised will be utilized to grow its AI-native live entertainment platform.

Varun Khare, Shreyas Srinivas, and Alaap Gosher co-founded thumpN in 2025. This AI-native platform unites ticketing, discovery, and on-site solutions for fans, artists, venues, and promoters. A network of co-curators, including genre experts, venue insiders, and city-embedded tastemakers, support its conversational AI agent, Shadow.

Shadow, thumpN’s conversational AI agent, is at the heart of the platform. It was created to assist fans in finding highly contextual live experiences through natural conversation instead of conventional search. Shadow is able to reason across events from several sources, comprehend intent, and preserve conversational context.

Shadow’s taste is constantly refined by a network of contributing curators, including artists, promoters, venue insiders, and genre experts dispersed throughout cities. The end product is recommendations that are increasingly tailored with each interaction, combining human cultural intuition with AI accuracy.

Through partner-first infrastructure and AI-native onboarding, the platform also makes life easier for promoters, venues, artists, and organizers, providing them with better tools to plan, market, and scale their events as well as clearer audience analytics.

ThumpN begins with an expanding pipeline of live events spanning a wide range of genres, including comedy, theater, music, festivals, nightlife, sports, and community-led events.
