AI video generation platform PixVerse raises $439 M Series C funding

Following strong interest from foreign investors in media, entertainment, and technology, PixVerse, a worldwide AI video production platform with over 150 million users across 177 countries, has secured a Series C extension, bringing total Series C investment to $439 million.
Alibaba, Lollapalooza Capital, Ivy Capital, Grand Mount Capital, Eastern Bell Capital, Mirae Asset, BlueFocus, and CloudAlpha are among the new investors in the extension, according to a statement released on Tuesday by Singapore-based Pixverse. Returning investors include iGlobe Partners and OCBC’s LionX Ventures.
R1, the world’s first real-time world model, was introduced in January 2026 and is one of PixVerse’s most recent innovations. The device has the ability to change video production from a fixed output into an interactive, continuous stream that reacts quickly to user interaction. Three months later, PixVerse updated R1 with shared worlds and customized avatars, allowing several users to interact with the same AI-generated environment in real time.
R1 is presently being expanded into interactive games and entertainment by PixVerse. With its new PixVerse Game Engine, which uses R1 to create games, users may communicate in natural language as the world reacts in real time both mechanically and graphically.
According to Changhu Wang, CEO and co-founder of PixVerse, the business is developing a system where a player’s environment is continuously created in real time in response to their actions rather than being pre-rendered. The CEO continued, “This is a fundamentally different foundation for what a game can be.”
PixVerse’s co-founder and president, Jaden Xie, stated that the company’s goal of creating interactive worlds is motivated by the same principle that made professional film creation accessible to all.
