AI-driven auto-service marketplace Smart Garage raises Rs 2.4 Cr Pre-Series A funding

As part of its goal to raise a total of Rs 15 crore, Smart Garage, an AI-driven auto-service marketplace, has raised Rs 2.4 crore in a Pre-Series A funding round.

In order to support growth and reach a revenue run rate of Rs 80 crore by the end of FY27, the company intends to raise the remaining Rs 12.6 crore over the course of the next 12 to 18 months. It did not, however, reveal the investors’ names. Entrackr has contacted Smart Garage to request additional details.

The money raised will be used to improve its AI capabilities, broaden its network of partners, and fortify its connections with fleet operators, insurance companies, and OEMs.

Smart Garage, which was founded by Pawan Singh Raghuvanshi, is a B2B2C platform that uses a digital ecosystem to link workshops, car owners, insurers, and fleet operators.

By 2030, the startup intends to expand its network of more than 500 partner garages in tier I and tier II cities to more than 10,000 workshops.

AI and SaaS tools are used by Smart Garage for predictive maintenance, vehicle diagnostics, damage assessment, and garage workflow automation.

The company uses a hybrid revenue model that is fueled by franchise operations and the supply of spare parts. It also intends to launch SaaS subscriptions and commission-based.
