BCT Ventures raises Rs 42 Cr from 3one4 Capital; establishes platform for AI-native consumer brands

AI-native consumer brands platform BCT Ventures has begun operations and raised Rs 42 crore in a seed fundraising round headed by 3one4 Capital.

Using its three patented AI engines—Nucleus, Resonance, and Meridian—for data collection, product development, and launch, the company will first concentrate on the nutrition and wellness industry.

The company claims that it intends to develop consumer brands centered around practitioner-led audiences, protocol-led products, and AI-enabled growth platforms. It plans to apply the same strategy to additional consumer groups in the future.

Anubhav Sonthalia, KV Ravi Shekhar, and Kashyap Vadapalli co-founded BCT Ventures. The founding team has expertise in audience development, digital expansion, consumer brands, mergers & acquisitions, and venture capital.

Three in-house AI engines form the foundation of the platform. Resonance leverages practitioner-led content and AI workflows to focus on audience building and customer insights. Nucleus is intended to convert audience demand signals, practitioner experience, and AI-based analysis into products. Meridian helps with marketing tasks like budget allocation, media purchasing, creative testing, and optimizing return on ad spend.

According to the firm, the three engines operate in a closed loop manner where customer demand influences future product revisions, marketing strategies, and product development.
