Blubirch raised $6.37 M Series A funding from Cornerstone Ventures, others
A Series A round led by Cornerstone Ventures and Capital2B Fund has raised $6.37 million for Blubirch, an automation-driven reverse supply chain management platform powered by SaaS and artificial intelligence.
Up until now, the startup has raised a total of $10.8 million in funding.
According to a press release from Blubirch, the money will be used to accelerate the company’s growth and increase its market presence across multiple retailer marketplaces and OEM ecosystems.
Blubirch, which was founded by Sapan Jain, Jeby Cherian, and Amit Goel, assists brands, marketplaces, OEMs, retailers, and e-commerce companies in boosting sales and improving customer satisfaction.
The suite of products from Blubirch assists all parties involved in the reverse supply chain in managing the automated processing of returns at scale, including dealer, customer, and e-commerce returns in addition to warranty claims, trade-in exchange returns, lease returns, and internal returns. It also assists in identifying invalid returns at the source.
Blubirch’s solutions are said to have assisted OEMs and retailers in increasing their operating margins by 300 basis points, automating the returns management process, and enhancing transparency and compliance.
