Dog care platform Scooby’s Club raised $250K Pre-seed funding from TDV Partners

TDV Partners led a $250K pre-seed fundraising round for Scooby’s Club, a network of upscale dog care facilities in residential neighborhoods.
In addition to recruiting and training dog coaches to provide an expert-led experience, the Bengaluru-based firm plans to utilize the money to expand to two other sites throughout Bengaluru over the course of the next six to twelve months.
Scooby’s Club is a pet care firm that Animeha Singh and Ankit Gupta co-founded in 2025. It offers professionally run neighborhood daycare and overnight boarding services for dogs. It focuses on providing modern pet parents and working professionals with high-quality overnight and short-term pet care.
The company claims that its strategy integrates purpose-built indoor areas in residential neighborhoods with dog behavioral principles. To facilitate safer, less stressful socialization, each dog is put through temperament assessment and grouped according to size.
The completely indoor, climate-controlled areas employ color, sound, and aroma to enhance the mind. Additionally, the organization provides individualized attention, allergen-sensitive treatment, and round-the-clock CCTV access, which allows pet parents to see how their dog is doing.
Using its neighborhood-led concept, Scooby’s Club hopes to establish a network of 100 locations throughout major Indian cities, bringing care closer to the homes of pet owners.
According to market data quoted by the company, the pet care market in India is estimated to be worth Rs 6,000 crore and is expanding at a rate of about 20% CAGR, while pet ownership is growing at a rate of about 5% annually.
Investor interest has also been drawn to the organized pet care market. Supertails raised $30 million in February 2026 to build veterinary clinics, at-home care, and quick delivery services, while Vetic raised $40 million in June to grow its clinic network. In March, Moe Puppy, a high-end direct-to-consumer pet care company, also raised Rs 2 crore in pre-seed capital.
