Enterprise AI platform Zenalyst raises Rs 3 Cr Pre-seed funding

Angel and corporate investors, including SKIL Cabs Private Limited, GERP Technologies Private Limited, Anurag Jain, Manish Kumar Jeloka, Pratap Padode, Siddarth Razdan, and P H Corp, have contributed Rs 3 crore (about $300K) to Zenalyst, an agentic AI platform for enterprise execution, in a pre-seed funding round.

According to a press release from the Bengaluru-based startup, the additional funding will be utilized to improve the ZenForce platform and broaden its AI agent library across treasury, procurement, and legal operations.

Nagendra Singh, Sanketh Krishnappa, and Vijay Jha founded Zenalyst in 2025 with the goal of developing an AI platform for enterprise execution. ZenForce, its platform, is intended to carry out enterprise workflows in domains including finance, procurement, and legal procedures.

The company provides specialized AI agents, including ZenLegal for contract intelligence, ZenProcure for procurement, and ZenBank for enterprise money operations. According to Zenalyst, its platform is compatible with over 150 enterprise ERP, CRM, and financial systems.

Sattva Group, Blackstone-invested Knowledge Realty Trust REIT, Bharat Biotech, Puravankara, and Skill Travels are just a few of the clients that Zenalyst has brought on board. Its applications are concentrated on industries including tourism, medicines, infrastructure, real estate, and EPC.

The company claims that certain deployments have shown payback periods of less than a year, and that its technology has reduced manual effort by up to 90% across specific workflows. Approximately $1 million is now in the company’s sales pipeline.

In order to address corporate finance tasks, Zenalyst has previously introduced the AI Finance Workforce in October 2025. The platform was created to link data from systems like ERP, CRM, and HRMS to offer automated analysis and decision support to finance departments.

As it broadened its attention to asset-heavy industries, the company announced in January 2026 that it had added listed real estate developers as clients. At the time, ZenBank, ZenBook, ZenForce, and ZenPay were part of its product package, which covered payables, financial analysis, treasury, and monitoring.

With its headquarters located in Bengaluru, Zenalyst also operates in Delaware and Chicago in the United States. There are now about 40 employees working for the company.
