The company has a workforce of more than 3,500 engineers spread across 10 countries and operates nine laboratories worldwide. Its ecosystem also includes partnerships with leading semiconductor foundries, intellectual property (IP) providers, electronic design automation (EDA) firms and test equipment manufacturers.

Tessolve serves semiconductor manufacturers, hyperscalers, chip startups and system companies across several sectors, including artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing (HPC), automotive, data centres and industrial applications.

Its capabilities cover the complete semiconductor design process, with expertise in AI, HPC, and analog and mixed-signal chips. The company said its client base includes leading hyperscalers and 18 of the world’s 20 largest semiconductor companies.

Tessolve further said it is in advanced negotiations to complete multiple acquisitions over the next two quarters.
