IoTechWorld Avigation aims to sell 3,000 agri drones
IoTechWorld Avigation, one of the leading players in the agri-drone industry, has set a target to sell 3,000 agricultural drones this fiscal year, as it looks to expand its reach into the export market.
Deepak Bhardwaj, co-founder, IoTechWorld said, “We sold around 500 agri drones during the last fiscal year as against 100 drones in 2021-22.” He further added that the demand has come majorly from agrochemical players, agriculture universities and other government bodies.
Commenting on the this, Anoop Kumar Upadhyay, Director at IoTechWorld said, “We are seeing lot of opportunities for use of drones in precision agriculture and forest management.”
Bengaluru based startup was founded in 2016 by a team of young entrepreneurs. The company has been making waves in the agri-tech space, with its innovative products and solutions.
