ixamBee Raises Rs 2.5 Crore in Seed Funding

Noida: ixamBee, a government exam preparation platform focused on rural and semi-urban students, said it has raised $300,000 (Rs 2.5 crore) in a seed funding round.

The investment was co-led by Mumbai Angels and Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO) Angel Network, said ixamBee in a statement.

Existing investors including Keyur Joshi, co-founder, MakeMyTrip, also pooled in the capital, it added.

The fresh capital will help the company to strengthen its technology and boost offerings.

Noida-based ixamBee, which is operated by Atozlearn Edutech Pvt Ltd, was founded in 2017 by Chandraprakash Joshi.

The company says that 6.5 million students have benefitted from ixamBee since its launch.
