KuhlTherm raises $1.1 M Seed funding from Arkam Ventures

Arkam Ventures is leading a $1.1 million seed fundraising round for KuhlTherm, a cutting-edge precision liquid cooling technology startup for high performance computer infrastructure.
According to a news statement from KuhlTherm, the additional cash will be utilized to grow its engineering and business development teams, improve R&D and testing infrastructure, speed up product development, seek certifications, and form key alliances.
Vishant Gandhi, Kamish Kachhadia, Shailesh Bishnoi, Jasvipul Chawla, and Kishan Baravaliya co-founded KuhlTherm in 2025 to create cutting-edge precision liquid cooling solutions for high-performance computing settings. The company provides coolant distribution units, immersion cooling systems, rear door heat exchangers, direct-to-chip cooling, and its exclusive cooling intelligence platform, NexusFlow OS.
With modular, retrofit-ready, software-led liquid cooling architecture, the Ahmedabad-based business claims that its solutions are made to handle high density AI workloads, lower cooling energy usage, and enhance data center sustainability.
KuhlTherm integrates India-led engineering, software-led monitoring, and unique hardware. Its modular Rear Door Heat Exchanger architecture enables operators to expand cooling capacity as rack heat loads increase, and its Direct-to-Chip cold plates use unique mesh-based cooling technology to handle processor hotspots.
The business intends to expand its liquid cooling solutions for high-density computer environments, hyperscale infrastructure, and AI data centers.
