Last-mile logistics startup DAAKit raises $138K Pre-seed funding from Inflection Point Ventures

Inflection Point Ventures led the $138K pre-seed funding round for DAAKit, a hyperlocal fulfillment and last-mile logistics startup.

The money will go toward growing its business, opening 25 new dark stores in Tier I and Tier II cities, and bolstering its staff and technological infrastructure.

Established in 2024 by Chandan Ghugtyal, DAAKit uses a network of fulfillment centers to operate an asset-light logistics model that allows brands to decentralize inventory and deliver more quickly.

With Lucknow serving as a pilot market for future growth, the startup is presently active in Delhi, Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata.

DAAKit claims to have maintained double-digit EBITDA margins while increasing order volumes and revenue by 15% to 20% each month. The platform focuses on AI-driven logistics, dark stores, and hyperlocal fulfillment to enhance seller unit economics and delivery times.

As it grows its network, DAAKit aims to fulfill thousands of orders every day and almost 500,000 orders every month.
