MyRx raises Seed funding from SteerX VC to expand primary healthcare infrastructure

Primary healthcare infrastructure startup MyRx has secured an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round led by SteerX VC.
According to a press release, the company will use the fresh capital to strengthen its clinical network and technology infrastructure, with the aim of making doctor-led primary care accessible at scale.
Founded in 2019 by Sourav Das, Surjit Das and Neel Rath, MyRx combines a network of doctors with teleconsultation, electronic prescriptions and clinical workflow technology. The company is focused on expanding access to doctor-led primary care through connected digital services and a growing ecosystem of healthcare partners.
MyRx is building shared healthcare infrastructure designed to connect patients, doctors and enterprise partners. By integrating its clinical network with technology that supports consultation allocation, workflow monitoring and auditing, the company aims to help partners expand healthcare access while maintaining visibility and accountability throughout service delivery.
The Hyderabad-based startup currently handles 35,000 teleconsultations per day and is growing at 15% month on month, according to the company. Its platform brings together doctor availability, teleconsultations, electronic prescriptions and clinical workflow management, allowing partners to incorporate medical care access into their existing services.
The company plans to expand its doctor network while further strengthening its technology and clinical quality systems. It also intends to simplify integrations for enterprise partners, develop its digital clinic model and establish additional healthcare partnerships that can connect remote consultations with local points of access.
MyRx reports a first doctor-call response time of 30 seconds at the 95th percentile, while its overall workflow turnaround time stands at 179 seconds at the same percentile. The company said these operating metrics, along with its rising consultation volumes, reflect its focus on responsive healthcare delivery as it scales.
Through its expansion, MyRx aims to reduce the time and travel involved in accessing an initial medical consultation, particularly for individuals managing work and caregiving responsibilities or those with limited access to nearby healthcare services. The company also expects its model to improve the convenience of primary care while creating more opportunities for doctors to participate in digitally enabled healthcare delivery.
