According to a press release from Workie, the money will be used for expansion, enhancing its market dominance and opening up new doors for companies, developers, and investors.

Sawan Laddha founded Workie with the goal of changing how companies view office space. It gets rid of the headaches associated with lengthy commitments, expensive upfront fees, and complicated traditional leases. The company provides adaptable office solutions that grow with companies, and its spaces can be customized to suit the requirements of both large corporations and startups.

With a presence in major cities, Workie is growing quickly in over 15 cities, including Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and Indore. Zomato, Bajaj, Patanjali, Schneider, OYO, Firstsource Solutions, WhiteOak, and other significant clients are still drawn to it.

Workie provides a way for commercial real estate developers to get the most out of their spaces. Through collaboration, developers can turn their empty spaces into high-end office buildings that meet the rising demand for adaptable, reasonably priced workspaces.

According to the Indore-based company, its spaces are made to offer the most flexibility possible, enabling companies to scale and modify their offices in response to shifting needs.

Workie guarantees that companies save money while enjoying contemporary, well-equipped workspaces that foster expansion and cooperation, whether they are coworking spaces or fully furnished and managed offices.

By providing solutions that satisfy the demands of the modern workforce and fostering a vibrant environment that allows professionals and businesses to develop dynamically, Workie hopes to empower the Indian office space market.

According to Workie, it currently manages 15,000 seats across 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space in India and hosts more than 150 clients in 50 prime locations.
