SaaS based startup Crib secures Rs 15 crores in seed funding

Crib, a SaaS based startup, has secured a funding of Rs 15 crore in its seed round which was co-led by We Founder Circle and Rebright Partners. The funding round saw participation from various prominent entrepreneurs and investors which include Paytm, Cred, Mamaearth, Imperier Holdings, FAAD, Rogue Opportunities Dream, etc.

Sunny Garg, co-founder & CEO, Crib, said, “The real estate as we know it today belongs to the youth, the next generation that will soon be bound to take up the responsibilities of managing and growing their forefather’s investments. We at Crib are building the digital infrastructure to support these upcoming property owners by creating the ultimate property solution.”

Commenting on the funding, Shaifali Jain, Co-founder, COO & CPO, Crib, said, “Within 12 months of our launch, we have built a solid foundation across 10+ cities in India, including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad & Delhi NCR. Currently, over 500 landlords managing up to 1,00,000 rental units are collecting an annual rental revenue of Rs. 900 crores on Crib’s SaaS platform.”

The Bengaluru based startup, Crib, was founded in 2022 by Sunny Garg, Shaifali Jain and Archit Chauhan. Crib provides a solution-based SaaS platform targeting landlords, in order to streamline their operations. As for the tenants, the platform helps them choose and book a property they prefer.

Crib will use the funding to focus on growth and further solidify its position as a leading player in the rapidly expanding market.

Investor in Crib, Neeraj Tyagi, co-founder, We Founder Circle, commenting on the investing, and expressing his confidence in the startup, said, “I have known the founders since 2017 when they were building YourShell.
