Angel investors Ankit Nagori, Sanjay Suri, Amit Lakhotia, and Mekin Maheshwari have joined Rebalance, IPV, JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation, Growth Sense, and Growth91 in raising $1.5 million for Darwix AI, an omnichannel generative AI platform for enterprise sales and service conversations.
According to a press release from the company, the new funding will be utilized for market expansion and product development.
Darwix AI, which was co-founded in 2022 by Ajay Sethi and Hanit Awal, has developed a unique, intricately integrated omnichannel generative AI stack that offers enterprise sales conversational intelligence, support, and automation. Its all-in-one platform is intended to improve every customer touchpoint and provide businesses with total insight into customer interactions.
The company claims that its generative AI stack, which is present among the top players in the US, India, and the Middle East, powers omnichannel interactions for big businesses in the banking, financial services, insurance, and retail sectors. With sophisticated software and hardware integrations, the solution is designed to empower these industries and is based on a proprietary multi-tenant large language model infrastructure.
