Operations to be shut down by ecommerce enabler TokoTalk

On October 28, TokoTalk, an Indonesian e-commerce platform, will cease operations. Following management approval, the business informed its clients of the decision through email.

The closure’s cause was not disclosed by TokoTalk. The business stated that its services will be available through October 28 in the email. On the same day, the server will be shut off.

“After October 28, 2022, we will no longer process orders,” the company said in the email.

The business announced that it will continue to offer backend support through November 14 for all subscription levels, data backup, and payment settlement. It was also mentioned that it would facilitate users’ migration to other platforms.

TokoTalk was founded in 2018 and provides customers with access to a website that offers online store management solutions. Investments of $15.2 million have been made by investors, including Altos Ventures, for the firm.
