Pre-owned goods marketplace Circle raises Rs 25 Cr from Nexus Venture Partners

Bengaluru-based pre-owned goods marketplace Circle has raised Rs 25 crore in a seed funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners. The round also saw participation from existing investor Titan Capital, Myntra co-founder Raveen Sastry and Delhivery COO Ajith Pai, who invested as an angel investor.
The company will deploy the fresh capital to expand into markets beyond Bengaluru and enhance its AI-powered pricing, product discovery and verification capabilities. It also plans to scale its Trust Hubs and logistics network as it expands its operations across India.
Founded in 2025 by Chirag Kataruka and Ankit Misra, Circle runs a managed customer-to-customer (C2C) marketplace that enables users to buy and sell pre-owned goods.
The platform uses AI-driven technology, product verification and logistics services to facilitate transactions without holding inventory itself.
In its first year of operations, Circle claims to have enabled approximately Rs 25 crore worth of pre-owned product sales. It has recorded more than 10 lakh visitors and generated 1 lakh listings in Bengaluru.
The company says sellers typically secure buyers within three days of listing their products. Nearly 40% of buyers make another purchase within 90 days, while 50% of sellers return to list additional products.
Circle covers several product categories, including smartphones, gaming consoles, cameras, furniture, watches, handbags and sneakers. Its services span product verification, pickup and payments, along with a three-day Circle Guarantee for buyers.
