Proptech startup Landeed raised undisclosed strategic funding from Paradigm Shift
Property title search engine platform Landeed has raised an undisclosed amount in a strategic financing round led by Paradigm Shift VC.
Landeed completed a seed round led by Y Combinator, Draper Associates, and Bayhouse Capital in January 2023, raising $8.3 million.
The money raised will be put toward broadening Landeed’s product offering and improving staff expansion in order to support the company’s continued national and worldwide growth.
Sanjay Mandava, ZJ Lin, and Jonathan Richards founded Landeed in 2022 to facilitate user searches for property titles and the nominal delivery of land documents. The platform streamlines the various search techniques and gathers all the information needed by a buyer or landowner to make sure a specific property is in order.
Landeed claims to have seen a 22x growth in key financial metrics since its founding. Landeed’s platform has been used by over 100,000 real estate agents and owners for real estate development, purchase, and sale.
Recently, Landeed introduced AI property Analyzer, which offers a property’s whole ownership history—from the first to the last—along with all transactions and liens.
