Rainmatter, Gruhas and others led $500K funds raised by Smarter Dharma

Startup company Smarter Dharma, which focuses on real estate, has raised $500,000 in its initial funding round. Participating in the round were Anthill Ventures, Gruhas, Rainmatter, and Zerodha.

Smarter Dharma claims to be the first sustainability resource planning platform for real estate in India. It does this by fusing data analytics with patented machine learning algorithms to produce business intelligence.

The business is also introducing a comprehensive marketplace for sustainable products and solutions for the real estate industry.

“Over years, we have mitigated more than 50,000 tons of CO2e and created business value for our customers. This fund raise will enable us to build our technology platform and business development team to scale across the country,” said Sriram Kuchimanchi, founder & CEO of Smarter Dharma.

Game Theory and Done Deal, respectively, have received recent investments from Rainmatter and Gruhas.
