Zameeli, an Omani digital platform connecting small and medium-sized enterprises with local freelance talent, has secured an undisclosed Sharia-compliant financing facility from Sharakah, Oman’s SME development company.
Founded in 2023, Zameeli enables businesses to access Omani freelancers across a range of creative and digital services, including design, marketing, videography, content creation, and social media management, providing SMEs with greater flexibility to scale their marketing and digital capabilities.
The new financing will support the company’s next phase of growth by enhancing its technology capabilities, improving operational efficiency and user experience, expanding its network of SMEs and freelance professionals, and strengthening its marketing initiatives and geographic presence across the Sultanate.
The partnership reflects growing momentum behind Oman’s digital economy and highlights the increasing role of local technology platforms in supporting entrepreneurship, job creation, and SME development.
