Six-figure funding raised by Tunisian retail-tech startup Winshot to improve customer experience
In order to improve operational effectiveness and elevate the overall customer experience for brands, retail chains, and franchise leaders, Tunisian retail-tech firm Winshot has raised a six-figure round of funding.
By concentrating on two essential components, Winshot seeks to address the complex problems associated with retail distribution networks: establishing closer ties, more profound participation, and increased engagement between internal teams working in the field and at the point of sale; and leveraging real-time monitoring to guarantee that procedures are applied smoothly and that brand guidelines are followed at every point of sale in a distribution network.
The startup has successfully completed a six-figure investment round headed by 216 Capital, a Tunis-based venture capital firm. The funds will be utilized to develop top-tier marketing and sales teams in order to establish a strong market presence.
“A fantastic team and a product that addresses a real need in a promising market – these are the reasons why we invested in Winshot. Our investment reflects our confidence in their potential and our commitment to supporting their journey to success,” said Dhekra Khelifi, partner at 216 Capital.
