Smart hiring platform Third Bracket raised Rs 5 Cr Seed funding

A group of high-net-worth individuals have contributed Rs 5 crore to the seed funding of Third Bracket, a smart hiring platform.
Third Bracket stated in a press release that the new funding will be used for hiring through advanced AI capabilities, speeding up product innovation, growing the AI engine, and scaling operations to satisfy the increasing demand from businesses.
In 2023, Chhandan Chakraborty and Nihar Bose co-founded Third Bracket, a clever SaaS platform with integrated AI that expedites the hiring process. It manages tasks like evaluating skills, verifying resumes, and determining cultural fit. Through the platform, businesses can hire the best candidates, make sure they fit in with the company culture, and encourage career advancement and upskilling among staff members.
Third Bracket claims that in order to guarantee the best possible talent fit and development, it focuses on skill mapping, predictive insights, and gap analysis. It helps businesses create workforces that are prepared for the future by seamlessly integrating strategy, data, and technology.
Third Bracket says it has gained traction in high-growth industries like FinTech and IT over the past year, working with a variety of unicorn start-ups and mid-sized businesses to address important talent acquisition issues.
