Social commerce infrastructure startup Kosmc AI raised $200K Pre-seed funding

A group of anonymous angel investors from India and the Middle East have contributed $200K to the pre-seed investment round of Kosmc AI, a firm that provides social commerce infrastructure.
According to a news statement from Kosmc AI, the money raised will be utilized to extend operations throughout India and Southeast Asia, improve affiliate integrations, and fortify its range of no-code products.
Ankur Gupta and Manavta Narula co-founded Kosmc AI in 2024, and the company develops technologies to bridge the widening gap between social media participation and real-world commerce. The company’s major goal is to make monetization easier on popular networks like Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram, where sales are still dispersed and conversion rates are poor.
The four main products in Kosmc AI’s product suite are affiliate program infrastructure that links brands with creators and micro-influencers, chat automation tools to handle customer conversations, link-in-bio storefronts for social media-based selling, and smart links to expedite mobile checkout processes.
“The company’s mission is to make the digital economy more accessible. Commerce today needs to be creator-first, mobile-native, and frictionless. We are building tools that allow anyone to own their narrative, engage meaningfully, and earn from their presence online without heavy dependencies,” said Manavta Narula, co-founder & COO of Kosmc AI.
According to the Delhi-based firm, it serves early-stage consumer brands, content producers, and digital-first entrepreneurs, with over 160,000 monthly active users across 25 countries.
