Sports-tech startup Dartle raises $100K Seed funding from IPV

Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) led a $100,000 seed investment round for Kerala-based sports-tech firm Dartle.

Its go-to-market strategy will be expanded, its presence in the US market will be accelerated, AI integrations will be strengthened, and partner engagement will be strengthened with the funds.

Dartle, a vertical B2B SaaS platform for youth sports and football academies, was founded by Nihal Pradeep, Swathi Krishnan, and Nagaraj R. Potti. With a single integrated system, the platform assists academies in managing operations, scheduling, player analytics, and parent interaction.

Currently, the organization operates eight paid pilots in the US market and serves 14 academies in India, the Middle East, Nepal, and the US.

Dartle claims that it quadrupled its average contract value from $15,000 to $33,000 and just obtained a $60,000 MLS Next sponsorship.

According to Dartle, its platform helps academies increase athlete retention with data-driven engagement and performance tracking tools, and it can cut administrative workload by up to 75%.

Over the course of the next year, the firm hopes to onboard over 100 sports academies worldwide and achieve an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of around $1 million.

The firm has received recognition from NSRCEL at IIM Bangalore and is supported by startup accelerator Upekkha.
