Thai loyalty-CRM service Relationship Republic receives investment from Technological firm Nimble

Nimble, a regional software consulting firm, has revealed that it has made its first strategic investment in Relationship Republic, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty programs in Thailand.
Nimble said in a statement on Tuesday that as part of the agreement, it will become a strategic investor rather than just a product and technology partner by joining Relationship Republic’s board of directors. Nimble withheld the investment’s financial specifics.
The investment coincides with Thai businesses investing more in data-driven customer engagement and digital transformation. The need for service providers who can integrate technology implementation and loyalty program expertise has increased.
Over the past year, the two companies have collaborated to serve regional enterprise clients. Major companies like Central Group, C.P. Group, PTT, SCG, and Jollibee are among Nimble’s clientele. Singha Corporation, Toyota, Siam Commercial Bank, Microsoft, S&P Syndicate, and Thai Chamber of Commerce are just a few of the well-known companies that Relationship Republic has worked with.
Nimble claimed that by fusing Nimble’s technology and product development skills with Relationship Republic’s knowledge of CRM strategy and loyalty, the two can provide enterprise clients with integrated solutions.
