Ticket 9, which is an event technology SaaS startup, has recently secured capital of USD 1,20,000 in its latest pre-seed funding round. This new development caught the attention of people in the startup sector including investors.
The pre-seed round was funded by investors including Prabhu Rangarajan, co-founder, M2P, bitsCrunch’s founder and CEO, Vijay Pravin Maharajan, and CTO Ashok Vardharajan, Ippopay’s founder and CEO, Mohan K, and CTO Jaikumar, Growfin’s Head of AI & ML, Sudalai Rajkumar, Wilcosource Co-founder, Sundararaman Ramasamy, Deliver.sg Co-founder, Krishmani Kannan, and Witree’s CTO, Selvamuthukumar.
Commenting on this, Santhos Premraj, co-founder and Chief of Product, Ticket 9 said, “Ticket 9 plans to automate and simplify traditionally time-consuming tasks in the event industry.”
The Coimbatore-based startup, Ticket 9, was founded in 2022 by Yazhini Shanmugam and Santhos Premraj. The SaaS platform comprises tools to create, promote and manage events on a small or large scale. Currently, the startup has held boarding events in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Tamil Nadu, and Pune.
Ticket 9 received massive appreciation and support from key players among investors. With acknowledging the potential of the startup’s business model investors have shown keen interest.
The funding success serves as an inspiration for upcoming entrepreneurs and as a testament to the power of innovation and dedication in turning ideas into reality.
