USD 30 M raised by IndiQube for expansion in Tier 2 cities

IndiQube, a supplier of flexible workplace solutions, said that it has secured USD 30 million in funding from promoters and other investors to support its development objectives. The company wants to treble its office space portfolio to 10 million sqft and grow into Tier 2 cities with this USD 30 million round of investment, which also included WestBridge Capital and angel investor Ashish Gupta, according to a statement released here. IndiQube’s promoters have invested USD 17 million out of a total of USD 30 million.

Commenting on the development, Rishi Das, Cofounder of IndiQube said, “Over the next two years, we plan to more than double our pan India footprint to over 10 million sqft, venture into more than 15 Tier II cities and further ramp up technology integration, creating a consistent experience for our clients”.

IndiQube now has over 4.5 million square feet of office space distributed over 60 sites in eight locations. They just expanded into Coimbatore, securing a one-lakh-square-foot lease. IndiQube, India’s top flexible workspace provider, was founded in 2015 with the goal of providing accessible, inexpensive, and customised workplaces to its employees.
