Warehouse robotics startup Accio Robotics secured $1.8 M Pre-Series A funding

The pre-Series A round of funding for Bengaluru-based warehouse robotics startup Accio Robotics, led by BIG Capital, Unisync Angels, Daniel Fitzgerald, and existing backers Roots Ventures and Anuj Bihani, raised $1.8 million.

Prior to this, Accio Robotics had raised capital from a number of angel investors, including well-known angel investors Ajay Sarupria and Uday Sodhi, 100X.VC, and CIO Angel Network.

Accio states that the money will go toward expanding the product team and technology, creating avenues for global expansion, and facilitating the deployment of more robots.

Accio Robotics, which was founded by Pranav Srinivasan and Tuhin Sharma, provides warehouse automation solutions and says it has created a robotics system that will revolutionize how companies handle order picking in their warehouses. Robotic solutions support both hyper-optimization of space utilization and order fulfillment productivity.

The Bengaluru-based startup intends to target a global market presence after its official launch and global product showcase in February 2024.
