The co-founder and chief technology officer of the online food delivery service Zomato Limited announced his resignation.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, Patidar was among the first few Zomato personnel to build the company’s essential technical infrastructure.
The business said that Patidar also created a superb tech leadership team over the last plus 10 years that is capable of assuming the responsibility of heading the tech function moving ahead.
“His contribution to building Zomato has been invaluable,” it added.
But Patidar’s resignation’s grounds were kept a secret by the firm.
Another firm co-founder, Mohit Gupta, left his position in November of last year.
Top executives left Zomato last year, including co-founder Gaurav Gupta, Siddharth Jhawar, the former vice president and head of Intercity, and Rahul Ganjoo, who oversaw new ventures.
