Zomint raises Rs 36 Cr Seed funding from Lightspeed and Prime Venture Partners

Wealth management startup Zomint has raised ₹36 crore ($3.75 million) in a seed funding round led by Lightspeed and Prime Venture Partners.
The company will use the capital to expand its wealth management and investment teams, upgrade its technology platform and develop its investor education ecosystem.
Founded in September 2025 by Aman Mittal and Shavir Bansal, Zomint provides wealth management services to salaried professionals and families. The platform caters to investors starting with a monthly systematic investment plan (SIP) of ₹25,000 or a lump-sum investment of ₹5 lakh.
Zomint assigns a dedicated wealth expert to each family to monitor investments and track financial goals. These experts use investment research and AI-powered tools that consolidate portfolio details, previous client conversations and research. The system also highlights areas requiring attention and monitors follow-up actions agreed upon with clients.
Client retention and organic customer acquisition
Zomint claims to have retained 97% of its clients since launching, despite fluctuations in the market. It also reports that nearly one-third of its clients made additional investments through the platform within three months of their initial engagement.
The startup’s relationship managers currently handle more than 250 families each, with support from investment specialists and AI-enabled tools.
Zomint has acquired all its customers through organic content marketing. Its customer acquisition strategy leverages Bekifaayati, the founders’ financial content platform, which has a subscriber base of more than 5 million.
