Digital spiritual platform Bhagva raised $1 M Pre-series A funding

Among other investors, Australian high-net-worth individual Pradeep Nain contributed $1 million to the pre-Series A funding round for the digital spiritual platform Bhagva.
According to a press release from Bhagva, the money raised will be utilized to improve its operational capabilities and grow its technology infrastructure, guaranteeing a smooth and enjoyable experience for its expanding user base.
Bhagva, which Jagriti Motwani founded in 2022, gives users access to online pandit booking services and pujas, making it simple to perform spiritual rites. The platform also provides users with daily spiritual guidance and important updates, along with comprehensive Panchang and horoscope features. All age groups can use the app because of its user-friendly interface.
The Delhi-based organization provides skill training in pooja articles with the goal of empowering women and marginalized communities. This allows them to participate in cultural and economic activities by providing them with training in the production of various artifacts, solar diyas, and agarbattis (incense sticks).
According to Bhagva, its website and app offer a daily dose of spirituality by enabling panchang, astrological, jaap, online, and digital pooja, as well as a pooja shop. By fusing ancient customs with the comforts of contemporary technology, it is still dedicated to enhancing people’s spiritual lives.
Its competitors include AppsForBharat, Vama.app, DevDham, Utsav, InstaAstro, Japam, Temple Connect, Rgyan, Astrotalk, and others.
