$10 M to be raised by MedTel Healthcare

In a new fundraising round, MedTel Healthcare, located in India, hopes to raise $10 million.

The healthtech business wants to boost patient involvement and gather patient data to assist doctors in making speedier and real-time diagnoses.

The telemedicine, home healthcare, government, health insurance, and other care delivery entities are all served by the remote patient monitoring platform from MedTel.

By the end of this fiscal year, MedTel, which was founded in 2017 by Soumyakant Das, Lalit Ranjan Manik, Timiresh Das, and Ajit Choudhury, hopes to conclude a new round of funding. The funds will be used to create new goods, carry out pertinent clinical validation research, and expand its platform throughout India.

2021 would be “a genuine test” for MedTel since the epidemic has pushed the healthcare industry “to unseen boundaries,” according to a statement from Manik. To ensure that patients receive a continuous and regular treatment, he continued, “healthcare professionals have to devise solutions to deal with the spike in emergency care.”

Services from MedTel are now accessible in North America, Africa, Singapore, and Indonesia. The business claims that it will provide “strong” revenue from 2022 to 2023.
